Welcome to the photography section of my site.

I have included a range of works that I feel is representative of my style in general, but still show a diverse range of subjects. They are however thematically linked in as much that they fit a certain philosophy that affects many of my choices when I take photos.

I often feel that behind the accepted images of everyday life something extraordinary is hiding. Children are quite good at spotting this world but as they grow up they are often forced to stop looking. For my own sanity I have found it neccessary to find the cracks in the world again and point my camera at the the things that can be glimpsed on the other side.

To me these glimpses are not just real, to me they contain a hyperreality that I try to depict in a simple and clear way. I judge the quality of these images by how succesful I have been in capturing this view.

Many of the images below are part of larger series, so if you see something that you like, but does not completely fit your purpose, chances are other photos from the series might do.
